Fall Leadership Conference

Advisors! The Fall Leadership Conference is for you too!

While students participate in leadership activities, you will have the opportunity to participate in Purdue University's TRAILS program.

Facilitated by Dr. Todd Kelley, Jim Jones, and Colorado TSA Advisor Amie Bullman!

Eager to help fellow educators enhance their STEM instruction, current Technology Student Association (TSA) sponsor Amie Bulman is excited to collaborate with the TRAILS team to present a professional development session at the upcoming leadership conference.

Amie’s journey with the program began in the summer of 2023 at Otero Junior College, where she completed the initial training for TRAILS—a initiative developed through Purdue University to bring engineering design and science frameworks into middle and high school classrooms.

Since that initial training, Amie has actively collaborated with the TRAILS team and implemented its hands-on problem-solving techniques in her curriculum. As a TSA sponsor, she is excited to share how TRAILS knowledge can support TSA student members, helping them refine their technical skills, excel in competitive events, and build strong foundations for future STEM careers.

Registration is open for FLC taking place on October 16, 2026 from 8:00am to 2:30pm!

Call to Conference Deep Dive:

Event Coordinators

Advisors! We need you!

Event Coordinators play an important role in making the State Conference successful. Ensuring events are run fairly, accurately and supporting our judges throughout the competitions helps Colorado TSA students have a great experience. There are two important items of note:

1. Certain competitions require an event coordinator in order to run them at the State Conference. If they do not have an event coordinator by November 1st, they will not be available during registration until they do.

2. Advisors who sign up to be event coordinators will receive free registration at the State Conference.

To view all of the events that require an event coordinator, register, and learn what the role entails, visit the Event Coordinator page on the Call to Conference!

NEW! Event Design Competition

The TSA Event Design Competition gives Colorado TSA members the opportunity to design an original competitive event that could become part of the Colorado TSA State Conference.

Created to make the organization more engaging and interactive, this competition encourages members to directly influence the future of Colorado TSA through their creativity and innovation.

As technology continues to evolve, so should the opportunities available to students. This competition encourages members to think beyond existing events and design innovative competitions that reflect emerging technologies and skills.

By giving students the opportunity to create new events, Colorado TSA can continue adapting its competitive events program to keep pace with the rapidly changing world of technology.

Submissions are due by September 21, 2026.
